One independent consortium for the entire humanitarian chain
– production, logistics and accountability under one roof.

It starts with partner funding
International foundations fund the program. This is the one link outside our ecosystem – everything after it, RIDNE runs end to end.

Farmers
We grow the raw food ourselves instead of buying it on the open market. Our own network of Ukrainian farms supplies the crops that every kit is built from.

Food factories
We turn the harvest into finished food in our own plants. Everything is produced and tested in our own labs before it moves further down the chain.

Packing center
We assemble a balanced kit for each program, not whatever is in stock. The contents match the social category, the region and the nutritional need.
Domestic distribution
We deliver across Ukraine ourselves, all the way to frontline communities.
International distribution
Abroad we deliver through local partners and produce part of the kit locally.

Spend the dollar once – and it works twice
The same spend feeds people who need it now and sustains the farms, plants and jobs behind every basket.
Every point where a humanitarian chain usually breaks, we've taken out the gap
In most chains, every handoff is a place delivery can stall
We carry it end to end
One operator from our own plant to the recipient — nothing handed off, nothing lost in the last mile.
Lean on third-party stock, and the timeline slips
We hold the schedule
We produce on our own lines, so timing follows our plan — not open-market supply.
With many suppliers, quality is hard to verify
We stand behind every batch
Our own plants and labs test it before it moves.

Every point on this map is somewhere we actually operate
Colour is an operational signal, not decoration: green marks where Ridne runs today.

We keep producing when other systems stop

No state funding
We operate on independent capital – so programs start on the partner's timeline, not a procurement cycle.
No tenders
We enter programs through direct partnership – not through a bidding process.
Not mass-market
We produce for the program brief – every kit is built to the specification, not repurposed from commercial stock.
